Price Policy

Parity Pricing: Most audio products imported to Australia cost more than overseas. Puremusicgroup offers “Parity Pricing” for many of the products we sell. This means that you pay the same price for the item as the retail price in the country of origin plus a small premium to cover GST and shipping. We do not mark it up any more than that and you receive full local warranty and support.

Price Matching: Where possible Puremusicgroup will “Price Match” products where product is being advertised brand new with manufacturer warranty from an authorized dealer locally or overseas. If you think that you can land a product from overseas cheaper than we are selling it for we are happy to price match the landed cost of that item. The advantage to you is that we provide you with full local warranty. Some conditions apply so please feel free to contact us and compare prices.

How to Buy

Payment: Payment can be by Cheque, EFT, Credit Card or Paypal.

Cheque and EFT: If you wish to pay by Cheque or EFT please contact us by phone or email. We will give you our bank account details and you can do this securely.

Credit Card and PayPal: If you wish to pay by credit card or Paypal then click on the "Add to Cart" button and follow the prompts. You will be taken to the secure PayPal website where your payment is processed and you are returned to our website when the transaction is complete. We do not apply a surcharge to credit card or PayPal transactions. If you wish to make a second purchase after completing a transaction you will need to quit your browser and re-open it. For some reason Paypal will not accept two transactions in one session, we think it is a security issue to protect you.

Goods are not dispatched until we have cleared funds in our account.

Ordering: You can order from us over the internet or you can email or call us and deal directly person to person. We are not hidden away behind an internet smoke screen.

Stock: Mostly we will deliver from stock, but in the event we have to order it in for you we will give you an indication of the delay involved. If the item you want is one that we do not usually keep in stock we will require a 50% deposit with order.

Shipping: We can ship anywhere via all the regular carriers and we have special rates with some. We will quote you on the shipping costs at the time of placing your order if the item does not fall within our regular guidelines.

Sometimes the cost is surprisingly low and other times not. We try to get you the best deal in any case.

Product Returns: Unless otherwise agreed we charge a 15% restocking fee for products returned to our store for reasons other than faulty goods.

Canceled Orders: Unless otherwise agreed we charge a 10% cancellation fee for orders canceled prior to delivery.
