Warranty
Manufacturer warranty is offered with all our products in addition to any warranty required by law. We pass on to you the same warranty as is offered by the manufacturer. Normally this includes parts and labour but does not include shipping to and from our service point. If you require service for any of our products please contact us first to allow us to assess the problem. If it is not fixable over the phone we will give you a return authority and the return address for the service centre for the product concerned. Melody valve amplifiers are covered by a 2 year parts and labour warranty. Melody valves are covered by a 3 month warranty. When valves fail it can sometimes cause some other components to fail such as a capacitor or resistor. These are not high value items and we do not charge for them, however we do charge for labour in effecting the repair out of warranty.
